Штаб - квартира организаторов международного конкурса по караоке KWC (Karaoke World Championships) в Финляндии передало эстафету Чемпионата мира по караоке 2010 Москве.
Впервые одно из крупнейших и самых престижных мероприятий по караоке будет проходить в российской столице и будет освещаться национальными медиа ресурсами и телевидением.
Компания AirSAVA - официальный партнер KWS Moscow 2010 по приему иностранных гостей, участников и болельщиков чемпионата.
Чемпионат является действительно международным культурным событием, он объединяет людей разных стран мира вне зависимости от их национальных различий в большом празднике развлечений и исполнения музыки без границ.
Когда в 2009 году в Финляндии проходил очередной седьмой чемпионат мира по караоке, тогда благодаря победе россиянки Н. Пилютиной было принято решение о проведении конкурса в нашей стране. В том же году в мужской категории конкурса победу одержал представитель Ирландии, что обеспечило проведение конкурса 2011 года в его стране.
За последние годы число зарегистрированных караоке исполнителей по всему миру выросло до 15 млн, и конкурс даст самым талантливым исполнителям возможность, которой у них не было раньше - заявить о себе через широкие средства массовой информации.
Помимо различных призов победителям будет вручен оригинальный спонсорский приз от Генерального спонсора чемпионата, компании «Сибирский деликатес» - 1 миллион пельменей. Официальный партнер мероприятия - Караоке клуб «Дуэты».
Миссия, цели и задачи конкурса.
Миссия конкурса состоит в организации, содействии, а также включении множества исполнителей в число участников соревнования во всех странах, расширять границы движения караоке.
Уровень российских караоке-клубов признан самым высоким среди стран всего мира, и целью российских организаторов является показать пример нового формата развлекательной индустрии – караоке-клубов.
Организаторы обещают всем поклонникам и зрителям незабываемое по зрелищности шоу, не похожее ни на концертное выступление, ни на театральный спектакль, но гармонично сочетающее в себе живые вокальные выступления и яркие, ни с чем не сравнимые конкурсные переживания конкурсантов и их многочисленных болельщиков.
Среди стран участников - США, Великобритания, Ирландия, Финляндия, Польша, Австрия, Кения, Австралия, Италия, Германия и другие.
Соревнования будут проходить с 23 по 25 сентября 2010 в концертном зале Форум Холл.

| Moscow seeside tour | This 3-hour tour is an opportunity to see some of the most interesting places in Moscow. We visit the lover's bridge, Christ the Saviour Cathedral, Victory Park, and have a stop near the magnificent Novodevichij convent. The highlight of the tour is MGU (Moscow State Univercity) and the Sparrow Hills, the highest point in the city. | Kremlin and its history | You can have a fascinating tour across the Kremlin – visit the famous treasure-house – the Armoury Chamber. You can see the majestic ensemble of Cathedral Square and its well-known cathedrals, enter the Assumption Cathedral, Archangel’s and Annunciation Cathedrals, the Church of Laying Our Lady’s Holy Robe and the Patriarch’s Palace. You can also visit an exhibition in the Assumption belfry (“Uspenskaya zvonnitsa”). On Ivan Square you can admire the Tsar Bell and the Tsar Cannon, famous masterpieces of the Russian casting. On Senatskaya Square you can see the building of the Arsenal, the eminent architectural monument of Moscow of Peter the Great's epoch, and the Senate – one of the best creations by famous Russian architect Matvei Kazakov. Old Russian cannons and captured arms of Patriotic War 1812 are exhibited in front of the Arsenal. | Enjoy a Moscow River Cruise | A river cruise is always one of the most relaxing ways to discover a city, and Moscow is no exception. Enjoy both views and the local life on board a river cruiser. One of the more relaxing ways to enjoy the sights of Moscow is to take a river cruise tour on the Moskva River, which runs through the centre of the city. The Moscow river cruise navigates some miles of river, taking around 3 hours for a round trip. The tour takes the visitor past some of Moscow’s most famous and historic sights. The Kremlin Most visitors will want to take a closer view of the Kremlin on dry land. However, a river cruise means they can avoid the busy nine-lane ring road surrounding the palace and get a good and unimpeded view of the impressive fortifications and perspective of the Kremlin Palace and Cathedrals. Once past the Kremlin, the boat gently glides alongside the famous Red October Chocolate Factory, with the red-cheeked healthy child image on the side of the factory, famous in Communist times. St Peter the Great Just beyond the factory, the boat passes the modern 317 foot high statue built in anticipation of the rebirth of the Russian nation. The St Peter the Great statue commemorates one of Russia’s national heroes. The statue is one of the largest in the world, and probably one of the most garish and ostentatious. To most non-Russian eyes, it looks as though it belongs in a Disney theme park! Gliding Past Gorky Park Past glimpses of some of Moscow’s huge brick Stalin era skyscrapers, the boat next tours the edge of Gorky Park, made famous by the book and movie of the same name. From the water’s edge, boat travellers can spot a particularly strange sight; one of the USSR’s last spacecraft (a copy of the US Space Shuttle) built just before the collapse of communism. It is now used as a theme park ride in Gorky Park's Amusement Park. Moscow’s River Boats Although the boats are obviously a little old and sometimes used by working locals, tourists enjoy the best view from the open top deck. The boats are comfortable and seat a couple of hundred people. Downstairs is a small bar area, selling quite possibly the most affordable beer in the whole of Moscow. A nice departure from the usual boat tour is the lack of annoying multi language running commentary. Instead, you might be lucky to catch a few merry Russians dancing to the unobtrusive 1970’s disco piped through the boat. The sight lends a somewhat surreal air to the experience.
